Enhancements

Add a database driver for SqlLite.
Following some work using SqlLite I found I missed the DbViewSharp functionality. Hence the new driver. Not all the Sql Server functions are supported as many are not applicable, but the core table display, data display, edit and searching are implemented as well as views, indexes nd foreign keys. The table row count was implemented naively and can place an overhead on large Sqlite databases. If you find this is a problem then please contact me (see Help, About) and I'll modify the feature.
Note the SqlLite driver is not installed if the default installer option is selected. Use instead the Full or Custom options.

107: Improve responsiveness of the Ad-hoc query window.
The ad-hoc query window does not apply the 500-row limit to queries that the normal data-grid does. It was not very clever in dealing with queries returning a lot of data, causing the application to appear to hang at times. This upgrade has applied two new measures: 1. setting an absolute limit of 100,000 rows to any query (sorry - go use SSMS if this is restrictive for you); 2. disabling the grid auto-sizing option for larger data-sets, which is also done in the main grid. Together they will prevent the application from hanging in all but the direst situations.

62: New Extended Properties grid.
Access this from the Sql Server menu. This is best explored using the Adventureworks database, which includes extensive extended properties. The first grid summarizes the number of objects that possess each type of extended property. Double-click a row to view the individual items.

159: Add export to Excel functionality.
All grids can now be exported to native Excel format using the NPOI library (https://npoi.codeplex.com/).

162: Copy table has extended functionality.
The copy table function has been upgraded to support the selection for copy of more than one table at a time. Select to copy a single table as before, but use new controls on the form to select additional tables.

Minor Changes
156: The filter form (funnel icon) used to query data has been changed to allow easier combination of query clauses. It originally contained two buttons with the same label. One of these is now removed.
161: Added buttons to the CSV Export form to change the order of selected fields.
153: Added a column to the Processes grid that shows the SQL of the current of last command or query executed by each process.
111: It is now possible to clone a data view. This will be most useful in cases where the fields are the same or similar, but different filter conditions are required.

Bugs fixed:
160: Prevent saving a view with a name that is already used.
158: Pressing the back button to return to a previous grid sometimes failed to reset the selected row.
149: Copy table displayed an obscure error message when attempting to copy a table that contains a field with a user-defined type (eg. Adventureworks.HumanResources.Department. Now this possibility has been added to the list in the error message that is displayed when the copy function fails.
